Spades and Games: A Policy Reform Night

This interactive event uses games, art, music, and conversation to connect Black history to current civic and social issues affecting our communities today. Participants will take part in team-based games, creative activities, and group discussions that build skills around organizing, communication, and community action.
The goal is to create a welcoming, low-barrier space for young people to meet each other, learn how to get involved, and explore ways to take action, whether that’s planning an event, starting a club, or participating in peaceful civic engagement.
