이 앱을 개발한 이유는 “인공지능 법안'이 권력, 물, 비밀, 법안 통과 여부 등 여러 가지 걱정거리로 국회에 등장하기 시작했기 때문입니다. 이 앱은 분위기에 대해 논쟁하는 대신 정책 관련 질문을 실제로 사용할 수 있는 간단한 체크리스트로 바꿔줍니다: 무엇이 문제인가요? 트리거가 무엇인가요? 누가 책임이 있나요? 어떤 서류가 존재하나요? 어떻게 시행되나요? 즉, 다음과 같은 법률의 차이를 빠르게 구분할 수 있도록 도와줍니다. 소리 강력하고 월요일 아침에 시행할 수 있는 법입니다.

이 도구는 개략적인 개요와 함께 “모범 사례'를 제공합니다.” 다섯 기둥 체크 모든 제안서를 실행할 수 있습니다:
- 범위 + 임계값
- 측정 가능한 보고
- 합리적인 기밀 유지로 투명성 확보
- 실제 결과를 가져오는 집행
- 및 비용 할당(“누가 지불합니까?”)
